  • What type of photography do you do?

    We can do almost any kind of photography, but we specialize in weddings, portraits and events. If you’re unsure please contact us!

  • Why should we hire you?

    Great question, and one you should ask every vendor you hire! I love what I do, and that is making memories that last you a lifetime. Making friends along the way is a beautiful bonus. Hiring a friend or family member might be a quick free fix, but having a professional take charge and know what you want while you enjoy the event is the best investment you can make. I make all my pricing affordable since I don’t think its fair for anyone to miss out on capturing memories.

  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes! For lifestyle or weddings, a 40% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • When will I get my photos back?

    I know first hand, patience is not my strong point! That being said, I do my best to get your photos edited and uploaded to your link in a timely but detailed manner. For lifestyle sessions it will be up to 14-30 days to get your photos back. Weddings take more time given the amount of photos to sort through and edit. Return time can be up to 12 weeks but we will stay in touch with you the whole time.

  • Do you offer prints?

    Of course! We have an amazing print shop that prints every size of photos, canvases, framework and gorgeous custom albums. You’ll be able to order within your finished album and have it shipped straight to your door.

  • How much are your services?

    All of our pricing is laid out on our home page right under our highlights. Our basic hourly rate for custom jobs is $250/hr. Travel fees only apply to locations 30+ miles away.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We want to accommodate every client who works with us which is why we go over details before your event to ensure 100% communication. In a situation where you need to cancel your lifestyle session, you can do so within 7 days of your booking. Rescheduling is optional up to 2 times at a 25% fee. Any deposits paid are non-refundable. For weddings, we will accommodate you as best as we can in any event. If your wedding is cancelled, any deposit will not be refunded. However any remaining balance not deposit, will be refunded.

  • Can I get the raw images or copyright?

    Janes Dream Photography does not offer raw images. We provide images that reflect our hard work and dedication to our job and clients. Raw images would taint our reputation therefore all raw images are deleted before final albums are sent. Copyright of all photos are legally owned by Samantha of Janes Dream Photography. Purchase of our copyright is not available however you will have printing rights with paid sessions.
